This gorgeous Vintage Writing desk has many elegant and timeless features that would excentuate a home office or lounge setting.
The desk top has three sections of green leather, embossed with gorgeous intricate floral gilt designs.
To the front is a large, single deep front drawer, with two smaller side drawers. All the drawers are finished with beautiful circular floral metal hanging handles. There is a key to lock the front single large drawers shut.
Where the user sits, there is a lovely curved addition to finish. The corners of the front of the desk have a carved finish.
Standing proudly on four excellently carved cabriole legs, showing truly quality craftsmanship.
This wonderful desk displays a rich mahogany patination that is sure to make for a stylish addition to a vintage home décor.
Overall, this vintage writing desk is in excellent condition, with minimal signs of use and veneer wear to the tabletop, a very charming and useful piece of furniture (see photographs).
The front left handle has been replaced and is stiff when using it (see photograph).
