This charming set of 3 Victorian dining chairs would make for a gorgeous addition to many period dining rooms settings or simply as extra seating.
The set includes a dining armchair and two dining chairs. All the chairs are part of the same original set, shown by the carved Roman numerals to the back of the chairs (see photographs).
Displaying beautiful floral carvings to the top and bottom framed back slats. The slats are conntected by a square back frame, with a figured top rail.
The charming curved arms are held by the side rails and are connected to the side of the seat. The armrests have carvings to the end.
The chair seats all have been upholstered in a in a golden yellow and brown floral upholstery fabric.
All the chairs stand proudly on four solid square legs, connected by a H-frame stretcher and an additional back square stretcher.
Displaying a rich mahogany patina, that adds to the visual character of these Victorian Dining chairs.
Overall, this Victorian set of dining chairs are in good antique condition, with signs of use and veneer wear as to be expected from a chair with years of age (see photographs).
