The backrest has a square back rest for a very comfortable back rest, held by intricate hand crafted back slats.
The side rails connect to the elegantly curved front armrests, which lead down to form the front turned legs that are finished with circular shaped feet. The armrests have gorgeous swirling inlaid designs.
With complimenting outward curved splayed square back legs.
The chair has a charming floral upholstered webbed seat that is surrounded by a brocade boarder to finish, for comfortable yet firm seating.

Overall, this Edwardian armchair is in great antique condition, with signs of use, wear and marks to the chair upholstery, as to be expected from a chair with years of age (see photographs).
