This is a gorgeous 18th-century Regency chest of drawers, with many exquisite and timeless qualities that would compliment a home period setting.
Displaying a rich mahogany patination to the front of the chest, that really contrasts against the brass handles.
The front of the chest has two smaller drawers above two larger deep drawers, prefect for storing linens, clothes, or blankets, such a delightful addition to a bedroom.

Overall, this chest of drawers is in good antique condition, with obvious signs of use and veneer wear to the front, as to be expected from an item with years of age (see photographs). There are a couple of cracks and veneer damage to either side of the front of the chest, but this does not have any structural affect (see photograph). There are signs of historical woodworm to the top and back side of the chest of drawers, but these have all been fully treated by the previous owner (see photographs).
The drawers stick out when fully pushed in, due to wood warping over time (see photograph).
The locks to the interior drawers have been historically removed (see photograph).
