This is a beautiful Georgian tilt top table that would make for a unique statement piece in the home setting.
With a gorgeous round shaped dark oak patination that compliments the large lipped tabletop.
The tilt top lock is in original working condition, and the hinges are original and still tilting smoothly.
Leading down the table has a wonderful bulbous vase shaped pedestal, finished on an elegant and sturdy tripod base.
This dining table is sure to add a touch of Georgian period charm to the home living room or dining room setting.
Overall this tilt top table is in great antique condition, with slight signs of use, veneer wear and marks, as to be expected (see photographs).
There are signs of historical cracking and a glue repair to one of the legs, but this doesn't effect the functionality of the table at all (see photographs).
There is sign of historical woodworm to the underside of one of the legs that has been fully treated by the previous owner (see photograph).
