This nursing chair has many gorgeous carved features, truly highlighting the craftsmanship of the Edwardian era.
The backrest is constructed with a carved floral backsplat design, with an upper foliage motif. The backsplat is held by the lower and upper rail, and held between two side carved rails, which are finished with additional carvings to the top.
The chair has a low comfortable sprung cream floral upholstered seat that has a matching red brocade boarder. The upholstery is in great condition with minimal signs of markings.
The chair has two front turned legs, and curved square back legs, that are finished with smooth rolling castors. To the sides of the chair are carved railings.
