The backrest is formed by a horizontal bar back that is held by two side rails, and connected a curved top rail.
The backrest comes with a Bible boxes to the reverse side of the chairs for easy storing of bibles.
The Bible box is supported to the sides of the chair with gorgeous rustic nails.
The chair has a wonderful carved saddle seat that displays a rich and warm Elm patination.
These chairs stand proudly on four elegantly turned legs. The legs are supported by a lower H-frame stretcher, with two stretchers, aswell as the additional single stretchers to the front, sides and back for extra structure.
Overall, this vintage Church Chair is in great vintage condition, with signs of use and historical wear, as to be expected with years of historical age (see photographs).
